DIRECTIONS FOR USE
COMMERCIAL ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINES – GROUP HEAD BACKFLUSH CLEANING
Soak filters and portafilters for 15 minutes using 3 teaspoons (10 g) of PULY CAFF Plus® Tablets NSF powder or 3–5 tablets per 1 litre (~32 oz.) of hot water. Rinse all parts thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.
Empty all coffee from the equipment. Add 1 teaspoon (3–5 g) of PULY CAFF Plus® Tablets NSF powder or 1–2 tablets per 2 litres (~64 oz.) of brewer capacity into the brew basket. Run a complete brew cycle into the vessel, leave for 30 minutes, and rinse all components thoroughly with potable water.
For regular maintenance, PULY CAFF Plus® Tablets NSF is generally recommended every 500 cups of coffee and weekly to help keep equipment and crockery clean and bright. Regular cleaning helps protect machines from long-term damage while preserving coffee flavour, aroma, and extraction quality. Dirty brewing units can negatively affect coffee taste, often resulting in watery coffee with a burnt flavour profile.
